Uribarren Abaroa <\/strong>Botanical Garden<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>

Since the beginning, the Foundation<\/strong> wanted to create a space for study and dissemination of the great variety of trees and plants that make up the private collection that we can find in our gardens. There are more than 2,000 specimens<\/strong> with 123 different species and \/ or subspecies, alongside two garden patches<\/strong>, one with seasonal vegetables and the other with aromatic and culinary plants. In these orchards, our users can perform care and maintenance<\/strong> tasks, reinforcing and complementing their leisure time.<\/h6>\n
In line with the informative nature of the Botanical Garden, we want to reinforce the importance of these types of gardens as instruments for Environmental Education in the current day society.<\/strong><\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
Faithful to the ideals of the Uribarren Abaroa Foundation and of every botanical garden, the Uribarren Abaroa Botanical Garden offers educational visits<\/strong> for different groups<\/strong>, focusing especially on school groups <\/strong>with the aim of making the world of plants known in a simple and direct way. These activities are adapted to the different educational levels complementing the basic knowledge that the students acquire in the school curriculum.<\/h6>\n
Guided tours<\/strong> are also organized for any person or group interested in getting to know the Uribarren Abaroa Botanical Garden.<\/h6>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
